  • As a Data Controller:For your account details, billing information, and website usage data, ModelNX acts as the Data Controller.

3. Information We Collect

  • Account & Business Data: Name, email address, password (securely encrypted), and business details provided during registration.
  • Uploaded Inputs: Images and prompts you upload to generate Virtual Try-On (VTON) or Video content.
  • Financial Information: We do not collect or store full credit card numbers. All payments are securely processed by certified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Iyzico).
  • Usage & Device Data: IP addresses, browser types, session durations, and interaction logs collected automatically via cookies and tracking technologies to improve our platform.

4. How We Use Your Data & Our "No AI Training" Commitment

We process your data strictly for the following business purposes:

  • To authenticate your identity and provide access to the Service.
  • To process your inputs and deliver the requested AI Generated Assets.
  • To manage your subscriptions, credit balances, and customer support requests.
  • To ensure platform security and prevent fraudulent activities.

STRICT AI COMMITMENT:

ModelNX does NOT use the images you upload (Inputs) or the resulting Generated Assets to train, fine-tune, or develop our proprietary machine learning models or algorithms. Your data is used exclusively to fulfill your specific generation requests.

5. Data Location and Security

  • Cloud Infrastructure:Your data is stored securely using enterprise-grade cloud databases (e.g., Supabase).
  • Row Level Security (RLS):Our database architecture utilizes Row Level Security, ensuring that your account data, uploaded images, and generation history are strictly isolated and accessible only by your authenticated account.
  • International Transfers:Depending on your location and our third-party infrastructure (e.g., fal.ai for AI processing), your data may be processed in the US or EU. We ensure all data transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses and encryption.

6. Data Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted "Service Providers" under strict confidentiality agreements:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers.
  • Specialized AI API providers (used strictly for processing your generation requests without data retention for training).

We retain your account data and credit balances as long as your account is active. Uploaded images and generated assets are retained in your generation history for your convenience but can be permanently deleted by you at any time through your dashboard. If you close your account, we will securely delete your personal data, retaining only transactional records required for tax and legal compliance.
